Lease Sep 2026 – Oct 2026
Not a great experience. Would take caution when renting from. Cussed out tenants, refused to sign lease/acknowledge that a lease is a legal document. Refused to allow tenants to have guests come to house dispute nothing in lease saying you can’t or needed permission. Punched walls and slammed doors when in confrontation with tenants. Wouldn’t fix broken washer that leaks. Restricted our washer/dryer use after numerous requests to get it fixed. Claimed it was tenants fault it was broke (was not it’s a washer from 1999) and then told tenants it’s not his problem and to go to a laundry mat. Took almost 2 months for bathroom maintenance/ repairs to be made. Really bad experience overall and tenants moved out due to the lack of feeling safe in apartment.
Lease — – Present
Started off as a fine experience but over time the lack of professionalism became too much to manage. Major mood swings from Lanlord. Does not have email or text message set up so all communication is verbal making it very hard to have things in writing and hold accountability. Request for apartment fixes/needs were extended out months at a time. Has zero professional side, when upset he really makes it known in a very temperamental way. Refused to allow any guests come to apartment thought not stated in the lease (we had a simple house warming dinner with friends and family) Was reasonable when it came to price, hardly raised rent each of the 3 years, though he threatened to do so many times Major issue when it came to his respect and professionalism as he cussed us out, slammed doors and punched walls in front of us since we didn’t give him more than 1 day notice of our house warming dinner (we gave him 10 hours notice though again not stated in lease that we even have to ask permission- we did it as a courtesy)
