Rachel Holland, operating under Prominence Property Management and Consulting, has demonstrated an alarming pattern of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and disregard for the tenants she is responsible for serving. Our property flooded 20 days ago, and six affected units remain caught in an unacceptable situation while she has repeatedly failed to provide reliable communication, follow through on commitments, or resolve the underlying issues in a timely manner. Throughout this process, Rachel has repeatedly misrepresented the timeline for repairs, made promises about when contractors would be on-site that were not fulfilled, and provided misleading information regarding the property's required permits. Public records indicate that the permit applications were not submitted until well after she had represented that repairs were underway. These delays have prolonged an already disruptive situation and raised serious concerns about the management of the restoration process. Even more concerning is the apparent lack of accountability and communication toward all six affected units. Tenants have been displaced from their homes, yet we are still being expected to pay rent despite being unable to fully occupy and enjoy the property. We have been left to navigate the consequences of this disaster while receiving inconsistent information, missed commitments, and little meaningful resolution from management. This is not simply a matter of inconvenient repairs. It is a prolonged housing disruption that has affected multiple households and created unnecessary financial, emotional, and logistical burdens. The repeated discrepancies between what Rachel communicates and what actually occurs have completely undermined our trust in her ability to manage this property responsibly. The level of mismanagement, lack of transparency, and disregard for affected tenants is unacceptable. Property management carries a responsibility to communicate honestly, coordinate repairs competently, and treat residents fairly, particularly during a serious emergency. Based on our experience, Prominence Property Management and Consulting has failed to meet those basic expectations. I would strongly caution prospective tenants and property owners to thoroughly investigate this company's management practices before entering into a relationship with it.
