Terrible experience renting from Jessica and her husband Kevin. They we extremely unprofessional and clearly had no experiencing owning a property or renting to tenants. There were too many things wrong with the property to list. And their poor communication made it a million times worse. Ultimately, the reason I moved out was because the water was toxic and making me sick and they refused to do anything about it. Terrible people. Would never recommend renting from them, working with them, or having to deal with them in any capacity.
