Would not rent from Chris again. With that being said, not all bad. He included utilities within the rent agreement which was appreciated. Overall, it was decent space and Chris was flexible with certain requests. But the apartment had major maintenance needs that were discovered shortly after moving in , which took 6+ months to complete & with minimal communication from Chris. Difficult to work with as time went on , especially when trying to get my security deposit back.
