Kelsey Aikens is a live in owner of 665 Colorado Ave. She is a very strong clear communicator and is out of the house often due to her work, so there’s lots of privacy. She’s very clean and keeps a tidy home, with lots of plants and green around the house. Kelsey doesn’t live with just anyone, if you wish to live there, you must make an effort to get to know her personally first and feel out the vibe. She does not accept random applicants.
