Created a bidding war on monthly rent. Unclear if there was even someone else we were bidding against. Hard to get in touch with. Antiquated leasing process that almost felt like a scam. Strange super. Overall it was a fine experience but the building was not kept up well and it was dirty, rent was too high, and leasing process could be improved.
