Extremely hands off Landlord, which can be good and bad. The good was they were very flexible on rent payment there was times I payed very late but was never an issue. The bad was they were slow to plow when it snowed there was no upkeep of the building and was always in a state of needing repairs. Never raised rent in during the years I was staying
