Brittany

Brittany is sweet. Shes younger and got into the property management business though her mother in law. When she first showed my the property, she told me she used to live in the house herself and that it meant a lot to her. When we arrived to move in the place hadnt been deep cleaned. There was different colored paints on the walls, grease on the stove, and she was still removing black mold from one of the bathrooms. We loved the place though and everything was fine for a while. Later, she came to us saying we hadnt been paying our utilities bill. I thought "oh well you said our rent included everything" so I pulled up the texts and showed her. Later on we got into it over lawn maintenance. Im happy to mow the lawn but she had set up the sprinkler system and when the lawn started dying, she blamed us. Most of these things were resolved, i love the place but communication is poor and I dont trust her.

She’s overall a great landlord!! Very responsive communication. I’m renewing my second lease with her! Super chill landlord ❤️
