Found her on Furnished Finder. I had a unique situation where I was renting the loft space in her house where she lived with her two teenage sons. Her texting comes across as very rude but she is pleasant in person. There wasn’t really a formal contract, we had her email the price and duration to get things in writing. We paid the year in full which is why it was discounted at about $1.1k per month including utilities and WIFI. Six months into the agreement she all of a sudden tells me that I wasn’t allowed to have overnight guests over because they aren’t paying rent. I can understand that because it’s her house but that clearly should’ve been specified in a contract that was nonexistent.
