PG Rentals

Worst rental experience I’ve had. The landlord only cares about money and will do anything to get your money. He said we had a yard that needed weeding and mowing… our front was rocks… still charged us numerous times for it, yet there was no work there. House smelt like gas and we complained about it numerous times. Eventually we had to take it upon ourselves and call excel since we felt it was unsafe, and they gave us a red flag warning. PG rentals did not move quickly to get it done, then charged us for it. Owners entered our house without notice to do a repair. They were rude. I could go on and on about how awful they were. Never rent with them!!!
