The rental looked very different in person than it did online, particularly when it came to cleanliness and organization. The backyard attached to the guest home was extremely dirty and cluttered, with several unfinished projects throughout the space. Additionally, renters were still living in the home when our lease was scheduled to begin, so we were unable to move in on time. This was a major inconvenience, although the host was reasonable and acted quickly to issue us a refund for the situation. If you’re considering renting from him, I would strongly recommend doing your own research on him beforehand.
