The Pines was very well kept with good indoor (gyms, swimming pool, movie theater, and more) and outdoor (firepits, grills, walking trails) amenities. I was able to rent a small storage unit on my floor and take advantage of heated underground parking. I lived there for 2 years and never had a rent increase (even if I had resigned for year 3). The complex had lots of professionals and everyone was very friendly. A bonus was they accepted dogs (all sizes) and cats!
