Zach was great! Super fair landlord, helped install, maintain, and repair appliances and home whenever needed. Although sometimes slower to answer - everything that was asked always got done! I would definitely look to rent from Zach!!

Zach was a solid landlord. He raised rent once in the two years I lived there. He's a pretty hands off landlord, which I think is a positive. Not the best at communication — sometimes took a few follow-ups to hear back from him — but overall didn't negatively impact my experience at the property.
